These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the LokalCRM platform and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by LokalCRM (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use LokalCRM. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you’ll need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep your login credentials secure. You’re responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscription and Billing

LokalCRM is offered as a subscription service. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees as described at the time of purchase. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

We may change our pricing or subscription terms at any time, but will provide advance notice of any changes.

4. User Content and Data

All data, content, and configurations entered into LokalCRM remain the property of LokalCRM. While we allow users to access and manage their information through the platform, we retain full ownership of the data within the system.

If you decide to cancel your subscription or move to another platform (including another HighLevel account), data transfers or exports are

not guaranteed and are provided solely at the discretion of LokalCRM. We may assist with data migration or exports on a case-by-case basis, but are under no obligation to do so.

By using LokalCRM, you acknowledge and agree that access to data may be restricted or revoked upon cancellation or termination of your account.

We implement industry-standard security measures, but we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

- Violate any laws or regulations

- Infringe on intellectual property rights

- Use the Service to send spam or unauthorised marketing

- Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service

6. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked, and we may delete your data after a certain period.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology associated with LokalCRM are the property of LokalCRM and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the Service without our express permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., Google, Meta, email providers). We are not responsible for the actions, data policies, or performance of these external platforms.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding availability, uptime, or results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LokalCRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you by email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

12. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, revenue, or performance improvements as a result of using LokalCRM. You understand that results may vary based on multiple factors outside of our control, including your business practices, market conditions, and third-party platform performance.

Use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LokalCRM, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

- Your use of the Service

- Your violation of these Terms

- Your violation of any rights of a third party

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LokalCRM and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
